How do we recognize you?
You can find a map with a photo of the exact location where I will be waiting for you. The meeting point is the Great Onofrio’s Fountain, under the two orange trees next to it. I am 6.4 ft tall, usually wearing a baseball cap, always on time, and good at recognizing my tour participants!
I have allergies.
No problem! I’ve had vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans, lactose-free, gluten-free, nut-free guests, and they all enjoyed the tour!
I do not like wine.
What a pity, but I hope you can still enjoy olive oil because we will have an olive oil tasting. For food pairing, hopefully, water or soda will work fine.
What do we have to bring?
Empty stomach! And if possible no coffee immediately before the tour because it will worsen your capacity to distinguish between extra virgin and not-so-extra-virgin olive oil.
It started raining and it does not seem to stop soon, are we canceling the tour?
This is more of a “sitting” than a walking tour, so the rain does not stop us from eating, drinking, and talking in a nice restaurant. However, if you want to cancel or postpone it, let me know.
Unfortunately, I am afraid I will have to cancel my booked tour. What should I do?
Let me know as soon as you realize you cannot attend. If you cancel 24 hours before the tour, the reimbursement is 50% of the price you paid.
I already have a reservation and now I want to invite my friend. What should I do?
Sure, no problem! There is always one more chair. Let me know in advance so I can arrange it with the restaurants.
