What people say about tour
Wonderful. Most fun activity we did while we were in Dubrovnik. Much more educational than I was expecting and the food was DELICIOUS. Dom is an excellent host and has a true passion Dubrovnik and the local food and wine.

We had a wonderful tour with Dom - we don’t hesitate to recommend it! Dom provides
fascinating facts about the history of Dubrovnik in a really accessible way. The olive oil tasting
was excellent and we now have great tips for knowing the difference between good and bad olive
oils. The food and wines were fabulous and in beautiful places and dishes we wouldn’t have
known to try. Thanks Dom for a wonderful tour!

I was a bit skeptical that this tour would be worth the cost, but it was. Dom is so knowledgeable about Croatian food culture, history, and olive oil specifically, and the tour was so well choreographed. I'd done an olive oil tasting before, but this one was more thorough and informative. The wines were all fantastic, the food was great (I certainly would not have tasted castrated rooster on my own), and the locations were stunning. Dubrovnik can be overwhelming because of the crowds, but this tour felt intimate and peaceful, both because of the locations and because Dom created such a lovely and friendly atmosphere for us.

This was honestly our highlight of our trip! Dom was incredibly friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He blew our minds over extra virgin olive oil and will be taste testing all olive oil using his trick moving forwards. We did our tour 1 to 1 and thought initially it might be awkward and, but actually it couldn’t have been any better. He was so passionate about food and drink and carefully selected amazing Dubrovnik dishes. The food was honestly sensational. He politely told us about each dish as we were eating and gave us interesting and valuable information about history and culture. This was the perfect end to my fiancées birthday. He should be so proud of this tour he’s created. It’s magical. 10/10

Wine and olive oil
from Croatia and Dubrovnik
Croatia and Dubrovnik offer wine and olive oil that have been recognized for their quality in the world's biggest competitions. However, due to relatively limited production, sometimes they remain undetected by visitors. In 2021, Croatia received three platinum awards (two of which went to the Dubrovnik area!) at one of the world's most respected wine evaluations (Decanter in London). In the same year, Croatia was recognized as the third country in the world by the number of gold medals at the NYIOOC (probably the most important evaluation of olive oil in the world).
